A Natural Leader (1980s-1990s)

Nandkumar hailed from a microbiology background. Despite being a doctor by profession, he cultivated a deep interest in the family business.
Establishing organizational structure, he invested crucial years in strengthening the foundation of the Raghoji Group. He focused on systematization in line with the needs of the customer and providing trustworthy service, thus creating a strong base for future expansion.
He expanded the business into tyre clearing and forwarding for Bridgestone Tyres in Gujarat. During his administration, Raghoji group expanded its C&F services for ACC in Miraj and Pune in Maharashtra, and Bridgestone in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. With three offices in Gujarat, Raghoji Group caters to the entire state.
Beyond business success, Dr Nandkumar is deeply dedicated to community welfare. Continuing his father’s legacy, his social activities include blood donation camps and numerous free eye cataract surgeries for the underprivileged.
