A Chartered accountant by profession, his journey began with prestigious stints at PricewaterhouseCoopers and P.G. Bhagwat, where he honed his expertise in audit and financial management.
In 2009, he transitioned into the family business, expanding its clientele, and diversifying from serving 2 customers to collaborating with over 7 prominent names in the cement and tyre industries.
Spearheading initiatives in secondary and primary transportation, he propelled the fleet from 17 trucks to an impressive 125+ trucks, spanning multiple locations across Maharashtra, Gujarat, and the Indian Western Belt.
Ashwin expanded the traditional family business into warehousing, real estate, and telecom. He modernized the existing systems with digitalization, outsourcing technical elements for better efficiency in work and consolidation of entities.
His leadership won him prestigious awards such as the Global Excellence Award in Logistics and a nomination for the MSME ET Business Awards.
