Operational Excellence Catalyst

After graduating from BMCC, Pune, he started as a Commercial Trainee at Bajaj Auto Pune in 1983.
From 1991 to 2019 he worked at Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd. (KOEL) Pune, progressing through various roles from Jr. Officer to Sr. General Manager in a corporate logistics domain.
His key roles included restructuring warehouse infrastructure and setting up logistics, processes and systems at the Pune plant. He also led Oracle ERP implementation for the key Oracle ERP Modules in 1997-99.
Under his leadership, a base for operational set-ups of all supply chain processes and systems was set up at the green field project of KOEL’s manufacturing plant in Kagal.
A Six Sigma Black Belt achiever from CII, his commitment and capability of adding value to each logistic element urged him to take Logistics Management Training at prestigious institutions like IIM, Ahmedabad. It helped him establish a corporate logistics department in KOEL.
His exposure to industry standards like ISO and TPS positions him as a valuable asset in driving Raghoji Logixs towards continued success and growth.
He has extensive on-ground experience in delivering business blueprints, organisational structure, and succession planning for small and medium-scale industries. He has strategically shaped Raghoji Logixs and tremendously increased its operational efficiency thus ensuring the delivery of exceptional services to clients and stakeholders alike.
