She is a Chartered Accountant and an experienced and accomplished Auditor.
Having worked at KPMG in Pune, she has thrived as an inspiring woman in the otherwise male-dominated industry of logistics.
Shradha played a vital role in taking up the responsibilities at the new divisions in Maharashtra and Gujarat. She took the lead in creating a high-functioning team. Her efforts helped the entire setup go live within 2 months at full working capacity.
She provides support for setting up and streamlining internal systems like the last-mile delivery software, claims procedure, recording data, and creating model warehouses as per Quality Management standards.
Recently, she has undertaken the finance operations of the group, to bring in MIS, standardization of processes and better documentation.
Managing the tyre division across multiple locations in Maharashtra and Gujarat, Shraddha’s meticulous leadership brought a keen insight into processes and controls and a system-driven approach.
